Every driver holds a private hire driver’s licence, which the licensing council grants only after an enhanced criminal record check. Wording of our driver checks to confirm.

Children

Child and booster seats are available on request. If you bring your own, you fit it, as our terms ask.

Passengers who need more help

Tell us when you book if a passenger has limited mobility, a wheelchair or a walking aid, and we will plan the pick-up and the car around them. Assistance dogs travel free, as the law requires.

In the car

Seat belts are worn by everyone, every time.
If we ever have to use another operator’s car, our terms say it is vetted to our standards.
Every booking is kept on record, with the passenger, the times, the driver and the car, for at least six months.
