How the price is made
Our terms set the price by the miles and time the car is out: from our base in St Martin’s to you, on to your drop-off, and back again. So the price is the same whichever end you start from, and you see every line of it before you send the request.
Tolls, congestion charges and airport parking are added at cost. The airport lines in your price are the charges each airport publishes for a car to stop at the terminal.
Booking terms in short
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. For a car sooner than that, call us on 01691 881232.
- A request is a booking once we confirm it.
- Payment is due 7 days before travel, by card or bank transfer, unless you travel on account.
- Comfort stops of 10 minutes or less are free. Longer stops are charged as waiting time.
- Cancelling within 48 hours of the pick-up: 25% is kept. Within 24 hours, 50%. Within 12 hours, the full fare.
