The drive

Out of Shrewsbury on the A528 and A5124, then the A49 north (briefly the B5065, and a short stretch of the A41 near Whitchurch), the A49 on through Cheshire, the A556, then the M56 to the airport.

That is 64 miles from Shrewsbury town centre, about 1 hr 31 min on a clear road. At busy times allow longer when you choose the pick-up time.

At Manchester

We drop you at the Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 forecourt, whichever your airline uses. Ryanair flies from Terminal 3; most other airlines use Terminal 2. The airport charges £5.50 for a 5-minute stop, added at cost.

Coming home, the car waits for you in the express pick-up zone (P3 for Terminal 2) or, if you have asked for meet and greet, parks so the driver can meet you in the arrivals hall.
